Debaser

A gorgeous shimmery black cream base which features tiny glitter particles and can be worn opaque or blended to a lighter shade. Debaser would make an excellent eyeliner as well as a cream eyeshadow base, particularly for black based eyeshadows. This eyeliner is easy to apply using an eyeliner brush (we recommend our own angle liner brush for precision application). Our highly pigmented formula allows the cream base to be manipulated easily and can be applied neatly or smudged.
